Day 1-3: Cape Town - Mount Nelson Hotel

Your African adventure begins with 3 nights at the Mount Nelson Hotel in the heart of Cape Town.

The hotel is ideally situated for guests to explore the city, the V&A Waterfront and the best beaches (complementary luxury transfers to V&A Waterfront and beaches is available on a first come, first serve basis between 8am - 8pm).

During your stay in Cape Town you can enjoy a number of optional tours, at an additional cost. Be inspired by the breathtaking Table Mountain, or experience a full-day Winelands tour.

Day 4-5: Cape Town to Pretoria - The Blue Train

Transfer to Cape Town Station and board the luxurious Blue Train - departure is at 4pm. Enjoy dinner on board the train.
 
On Day 5, after breakfast, embark on a tour of Kimberley visiting the Big Hole/Open Mine Museum.

Return to the train for lunch, high tea and an elegant black-tie dinner.

Day 6: Pretoria - Johannesburg (The Saxon Hotel & Spa)

Arrive at Pretoria Station around 10h30am and transfer to Johannesburg for a night in The Saxon Hotel, Villas and Spa.

This spectacular hotel is an exclusive sanctuary in the heart of Johannesburg. It's a wonderful place to relax and a perfect base to explore the city.

Day 7-8: Okavango Delta - Belmond Eagle Island Camp
Return to the airport for your scheduled flight to Maun, where you will board a light aircraft and continue to Belmond Eagle Island Camp for your 2 night stay.

The fresh new tented guest accommodation, restaurants and lounges reflect the region’s natural beauty and the adventures of early explorers.

The camp offers a choice of game viewing by mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) or motorized sundowner cruises in the surrounding lagoons, walks and helicopter safaris.

Day 9-10: Moremi Wildlife Reserve - Belmond Khwai River Lodge

Overlooking the vast Khwai River floodplains and beyond, Belmond Khwai River Lodge offers morning, afternoon and after-dark night-vision game drives in open Land Cruisers. Spend 2 nights enjoying this spectacular lodge.

A cultural visit to the local village can be arranged, as well as guided safari walks along the Khwai River.

If you wish to enjoy a little pampering, arrange an indulgent massage and body wrap in the spa or in the privacy of your own tent.

Day 11-12: Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe - The Victoria Falls Hotel

Transfer by light aircraft to Vic Falls and by road to the historic Victoria Falls Hotel for a 2 night stay.
 
This 'Grand old Lady' is in the best position with it's view over the Batoka Falls and the spray in the distance. You can walk to the Falls from this hotel and experiencing a high tea here, is on most people's itinerary.

In the afternoon you’ll enjoy a private guided walking tour of Victoria Falls followed by a magnificent sundowner cruise on the mighty Zambezi River.
 
Day 13:
There are many activities that can be enjoyed at the Falls so we can extend your stay else on the last day, transfer to the airport for your onward light.
