Namibia, Botswana & Zimbabwe Suggested Itinerary - 7 day Southern Africa safari package visiting 3 countries and their top attractions - Victoria Falls, Ngoma Safari Lodge in the Chobe National Park and the Caprivi Strip.

Please note: this itinerary can be done with extra nights or using different lodges if you like - it is up to you (will change the estimated rates below).

Zambia, Botswana and Namibia/Caprivi Strip Safari Package:
Day 1 & 2
Transfer by road from Livingstone to The Royal Livingstone Hotel (Zambia), for 2 nights.

The Royal Livingstone Hotel:
Royal Livingstone Hotel - Deluxe room accommodation
The Royal Livingstone is located on the Zambian side of the Zambezi River with direct access to the Victoria Falls.  It is the quintessential 5-star African experience, bringing together Victorian charm with an unrivaled setting on the banks of the Zambezi River.
A total of 173 en-suite guestrooms in 17 river bank residences make up a hotel that exudes Victorian elegance and splendor.
Down to the finest detail of the lamps, the magnificent paintings and the black and white photographs of early pioneers, this is a place to reflect and rejuvenate.
The luxurious Presidential Suite has housed royalty, heads of state and celebrities, but each room is sure to inspire a similar feeling of quality in those who stay here.
The rooms are inspired by a combination of Victorian elegance and Africa’s tribal warmth. Each room has its own private terrace overlooking the Zambezi River.
All the rooms are luxuriously furnished with crisp white linen and large comfortable beds to offer the perfect sanctuary to retire to after a day spent exploring.

Day 3 & 4
Transfer by road and boat to Kasane immigration for your onward boat transfer to Zambezi Queen (Namibia), for 2 nights. En-route you will clear Namibian immigration formalities.
Zambezi Queen - cruise on the Chobe River
The Zambezi Queen is based a few kilometers from where four countries meet, namely; Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia. The view is ever-changing: elephants wading in the shallows or crossing in merry groups, fish eagles wheeling overhead, sunsets that will take your breath away.
10 Suites and 4 Master Suites - All Suites and Master Suites are en-suite with private balconies, king size beds (can on request be divided into twin beds), and are furnished to the highest level. With thoughtful amenities to cater for your every need.
Two of the four Master Suites have their own private deck with outdoor furniture and the remaining two having superb panoramic views with doors and windows on two sides. All Suites accommodate 2 guests except for two suites (24 and 26) which have an extra sleeper couch.
The top deck consists of the dining room, the lounge including a wood burning fireplace, a bar and a sunbathing area complete with private pool. The interior furnishings have been designed by one of South Africa’s top designers and this can be seen by the elegant, timeless look that has been created. Also to be found in the living area is a library of books, numerous games and a telescope for studying the stars at night.
Other suggested camps: Chobe Princess Houseboats or Susuwe Island Lodge
Guests arriving with the 1pm and 2pm transfers will be served lunch while guests being transferred at 3pm or 4pm will join us for a snack before the sunset cruise by tender boat starts.
Late afternoon, once all our guests have boarded, we go in search of some big game by tender boat. This is the perfect time of day to make the most of that golden glow of the African sunset by getting some iconic shots of the animals as they gravitate towards the river before night falls.
Return back to the Zambezi Queen, no doubt with a stunning array of photos waiting to be swapped with fellow guests. After a quick freshen up, the Captain will await you on the upper deck with a welcome drink, ready for an official welcome and his safety briefing. The cheerful atmosphere continues as you make you way to the dining room where a delightful three-course dinner is served with an excellent choice of paired wines. Retire to the distant night sounds of Africa.
Day 2 on Zambezi Queen
Unlike most lodges expecting guests to rise at the crack of dawn, we have a leisurely start to the day when meeting up for breakfast on the upper deck before the morning activities start.
Activities range from water-based safaris, bird watching, visiting a traditional working village on the Namibian side of the river or fishing. You may even decide to simply remain on-board as the Zambezi Queen makes its way along the banks of the Chobe River.

Lunch is usually served buffet-style as the Zambezi Queen makes its way along the banks of the Chobe River. The unique vantage point allows for magnificent views and with splendid views, you may wish to while your afternoon away here before the afternoon activities start.
Join our guide in the afternoon for a water-based safari on tender-boat where you can get up close to some of the approximate 120 000 elephants that the Chobe is known for.
Returning to the Zambezi Queen, tonight you’ll enjoy an African-themed dinner before settling down for a quiet night on the Chobe.
Day 3 on Zambezi Queen (Day 5)
Enjoy a morning cruise during breakfast before bidding our crew a reluctant farewell.
