Sanctuary Stanley's Camp:
Set among ebony and sausage trees, Sanctuary Stanley’s Camp is located on a 260,000-acre private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve; a private concession in the renowned Okavango Delta. The natural wonders of the area constantly change over the seasons from lush green when the rain flows down the Angolan highlands, to dry savannah when the neighboring Kalahari Desert tightens its grip on the terrain.

The camp is the home of the unique Living with Elephants interaction. Walking with a trio of orphaned elephants is an uplifting experience and one that will remain with you long after you’ve left.
This traditional safari camp has a large lounge area and dining area with incredible views over the floodplains in front of the camp. The main area features a bar from where refreshing drinks are always served with a smile, a small library area, and a curio shop. From the swimming pool - a real treat after a hot day of game viewing - guests can watch giraffes and other plains game march across the savannah and sometimes catch a glimpse of rare wild dogs. Everything about Sanctuary Stanley's Camp is built to the highest ecological standards so that we don't damage this highly sensitive area.
The intimate camp features only eight safari canvas tents, each individually designed, and furnished with African antiques that exude a classic and understated elegance that harks back to the explorers and colonialists of the 19th century. Each tent has a large wooden deck providing private areas where you can relax in a hammock while soaking in the surrounding sights and sounds or enjoy cocktails before dinner is served in the spectacular dining mess.

These scenic flights involve flying west towards the permanent delta, exposing areas that are unreachable by vehicle or boat, and showcasing the sheer enormity of the Okavango Delta. There is the option of the doors being removed for unrestricted photographic opportunities. Choose between a 30, 45, or 60-minute tour in a one-turbine Bell Jetranger helicopter with 3 seats. This activity is offered on a year-round basis. Being a personalized activity, it's up to you what time of day you would like to do the activity, however, we would recommend early morning and late afternoon as this time usually provides the best light for photography. Sanctuary Baines’ Camp:
Sanctuary Baines’ Camp is a small camp with only five luxurious suites. With star baths and sky beds on your private deck, this is a romantic oasis. Baines’ is also one of only two camps to offer you the opportunity to walk with elephants.

Sanctuary Baines’ Camp is located on a huge private concession bordering the Moremi Game Reserve. Set in a grove of trees, and surrounded by papyrus beds, this low environmental impact camp has been built using commercially grown wood and recycled tin cans. The local community in Maun was asked to collect as many cans as they could and were paid a fee for every can collected. These cans were then incorporated into the camp buildings, forming the backbone of the structures.
There are only five suites at Sanctuary Baines’, all with en suite facilities and four-poster beds. Traditional safari ceiling fans create a cooling breeze at even the hottest times of the year. The beds can be wheeled out onto the private wooden deck for a night under the stars, overlooking the shimmering waters of the Boro River where hippos can often be spotted. A private star bath can also be set up on the viewing deck upon request.
