Phinda Rock Lodge has six intimate and private accommodation suites which are dramatically set into a cliff face. Seemingly suspended over the deep valley below; providing breathtaking views of Phinda Private Game Reserve.
The lodge’s comfortable guest areas offer the perfect vantage point for viewing the abundant bird life. In the surrounding trees and the wildlife roaming the bush below. This is an intimate lodge; where guests are treated like treasured family members and time is shared with fellow safari adventurers; who soon become friends.

Due to its cliff slide location; the lodge accepts children 12 years and older.
Each romantic cottage, constructed from contoured stone, boasts solid wooden shutters and doors. All offer sweeping views of Leopard Rock from their decks and also have a private plunge pool. Featuring spacious en suite bathrooms; four of the cottages also offer outdoor showers. Phinda Rock Lodge accommodates a maximum of 12 x guests and offers WiFi in suites and guest areas.

Phinda is in the lush Zululand region. Sandwiched between Mkuze Game Reserve and the iSimangaliso Wetland Park (previously St Lucia). This big 5 reserve is a premium park. Activities at Phinda Rock Lodge include your twice daily safari.
