Kanana is a hidden jewel set on the Xudum River in the southwest Okavango Delta. The area encompasses a necklace of islands dotted with palms, figs, ebony, and knob thorn, and is home to a myriad of birds, plants, and animals. The nature of the habitat means it is the perfect place to experience the diversity of species found within the Okavango Delta.
At Kanana guests are accommodated in seven spacious, twin-bedded tents and one family tent, set on raised teak decks, offering breathtaking views across the waterways. All tents offer en-suite bathrooms with hot and cold running water, a shower, and a flush toilet. The tents are well spaced affording privacy, whilst still being within comfortable distance from the central dining and lounge area.

Dependent on the annual floods, the level of water transforms this dry camp into a true water experience and in the early months of the year, you may actually enjoy the visible spectacle of the water rising around the camp. Experience magnificent game sightings during drives as well as the unique experience of exploring the delta’s beautiful waterways by boat. There is also a Sleep Out Deck that offers guests the opportunity to spend the night under the splendid African night sky.
Situated in the Kanana Concession, the focus of activities at Kanana varies with the rising and falling levels of the Okavango Delta. Activities include morning and late afternoon game drives in open safari vehicles, with afternoon game drives often continuing into the evening. Alternatively, you may explore the crystal clear waterways by Mokoro (Glass-bottomed canoes) enable you to view the underwater world of the delta) or motorboat, and enjoy the magnificent variety of birds, plants, and reptile species found in the area. Birding is spectacular, and Kanana hosts a seasonal heronry (from July to December) that teems with activity (Exclusive motorboat access to Southern Africa’s largest heronries), a Kanana highlight which converts all visitors to avid ‘twitchers’. Excellent area for birding with regular sightings of Pel’s Fishing Owl. Guided bush walks are highly recommended as is fishing for tilapia, African pike, and sharp tooth catfish. Okuti is ideal for families and has two family rooms available. Okuti accepts children from the age of 7 years and up all year round; as the nature of the activities is safe for children (game drives and boating only).
Okuti can accommodate clients wishing to self-drive (in 4WD) into Moremi Game Reserve, offering an adventure and an alternative to flying.

An exclusive private reserve hugging the northern edge of the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, Dinaka is host to one of the most unique biodiversities in Southern Africa. This ever-changing desert landscape gives refuge to the Kalahari lion, springbok, Oryx, and brown hyena. The camp itself was acquired in 2017 and provides the perfect start or finish to any discerning traveler's Botswana safari.

Guests are accommodated in seven spacious twin and double-bedded safari tents, each en-suite bathroom has an indoor and outdoor shower, hot and cold running water, and a flush toilet. Families are accommodated in a two-bedroomed tent, sharing a spacious en-suite bathroom – ideal for families in this child-friendly camp. Dinaka’s tents are well-spaced and raised up on wooden decks giving the perfect vantage point over a permanent water hole. Connected by wooden walkways all areas of the camp are accessible by wheelchair.

Fly or spin fishing throughout the year - the variety of species such as tilapia and tigerfish (best months September - April).
