Lesotho Suggested Itinerary -2 day Lesotho tour covering some of the highlights of Lesotho such as Sani Pass and visit a Basotho Village.


Day 1:  Lunch, Dinner
Basotho Village in Lesotho
We meet at our office at 09h00, alternatively we can pick you up from your B&B or Hotel. The tour departs at 09h30 and takes approx. 2.5 hours to reach the summit of Sani Pass, climbing a grand 2874 meters above sea level. Stopping at breath taking view sites and the border posts.
 
Once at the top we visit a living Basotho Village, where our experienced mountain guide will interest you on Lesotho and the hardy mountainous Basotho folk. After this interesting cultural experience we drive back to Sani Top Chalet (the highest pub in Africa) for lunch (lunch at own cost), we then book you in at Sani Top Chalet for dinner, bed and breakfast. Should you wish to horse ride or go on a guided walk in the mountains in the afternoon or on the following morning, Sani Top Chalet will make all the necessary arrangements for you.
 
Day 2: Breakfast
We meet you at Sani Top Chalet at around 13h30, have lunch (own cost) and then head back down the famous Sani Pass to be back in Underberg around 16h30.

Every guest on tour is entering a rural and unspoiled African terrain. Therefore it is necessary to travel with a flexible and tolerant mind.
Accommodations, bathroom facilities and meals are at most places very basic, simple and rustic.
There are no toilet facilities on route or very seldom.
We reserve the right to alter any routes or itineraries should circumstances, like weather, road conditions, unforeseen obstacles, etc. so demand.
Please bring soft bags only, no big suitcases.
